Facade/entrance in Elegance Praia Hotel
This hotel was a great find in a prime location within easy reach of all the tourist attractions and public transport. Walking distance to a number of places, surrounded by shops, markets, supermarkets etc. I loved the convenience and the proximity to laid back Flamgeno beach just 5min walk away. The staff were exceptional and helpful from the get go. Cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The gym was across the road although I didn't use it. Breakfast had a good variety and they even prepared my eggs separately as I like it. Just ask!. Overall a lovely stay at Elegance Praia. The rooms are better than in the pictures. I can certainly recommend the hotel and will return when in Rio again.

Check-in was quick and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located close to Flamengo beach and two metro stations - Catete and Largo do Machado, which is perfect if you are walking to other locations. It is not close though to main touristic places such as Copacabana and Ipanema. The room has plenty of space and the air conditioner works very well.

I found all at the level of my satisfaction,,, room, bed, comfort etc OK Breackfast was also very good, however, I think that a small effort should be done in term;s of diversification Exemplo: The entire week scrambled eggs and sausages were served. Introducing fried egs and tomato, some beens would be acceptable, as well as mashroom if possible

I liked the cleanliness, neatness, breakfast was always delicious many fruits & local delicacies. Me & my family loved. The hotel location was very close to the beach, shops & subway station. It was a very safe location. Staff were very friendly & super smiling & helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to Freinds. Thank you.

Its a little gem. It is right next to nice Flamengo beach in the Guanabara Bay. Very well connected to the beaches on one side and all the big city attractions on the other. The staff are really the brightest spot for this hotel.
